S R Tours & Travels believes in providing transparent and customer-friendly policies. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings may be cancelled and refunds processed.
By making a booking with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Booking & Cancellation Terms
- All cancellations must be communicated via email or phone.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled service.
- The cancellation request will be effective from the date and time we receive the request.
2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are applied as follows:
- More than 15 days before service date: 25% of total booking amount will be charged
- Between 8 to 14 days before service date: 50% of total booking amount will be charged
- Within 7 days of service date / No-show: 100% of total booking amount will be charged
These charges help cover operational and reservation costs.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed based on the applicable cancellation charges.
- The eligible refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on banking procedures.
- Any applicable payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds apply only to services cancelled in advance and not utilized.
4. No-Show Policy
- If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
- Full booking amount will be treated as cancellation charges.
5. Service Delays or Changes
While we strive to provide timely and smooth services:
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or unforeseen circumstances
- No refund will be provided for such delays beyond our control
- However, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives where possible
6. Cancellation by Company
In rare situations where S R Tours & Travels cancels the booking due to unavoidable circumstances:
- An alternative vehicle/service will be provided, OR
- Full refund will be issued.
7. Partial Usage
- No refunds will be provided for partially used services
- Any unused portion of the booking will be considered non-refundable.
8. Special Booking Conditions
- Certain bookings (peak season, special events, corporate bookings) may have different cancellation terms.
- These will be communicated at the time of booking.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or road blockages
- Any unforeseen events beyond our control
In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed at our discretion.
